Biography:
Dr. Cotena studied Biology at the Università degli studi di Napoli Federico II, Italy and graduated as MS in 2016. She attended the Erasmus project in 2015 in Spain and she performed her Master thesis there. She then joined the research group of Prof. Perrin at the Aix Marseille Université, Faculty of Medicine, Marseille France (Equipe Biomarkers, Environment and Health, BES). She received her interdisciplinary PhD degree in 2021 at the same institution. She has published 3 first-author articles in a peer-reviewed journal.
