Biography:
Rokaya O. Amara earned her Master of Science in Pharmaceutical Sciences, specializing in Pharmaceutics, from Alexandria University, Egypt (2017). Her thesis focused on lipid nanocarriers for drug delivery in neglected tropical diseases. She completed her Bachelor of Pharmacy at Tripoli University for Medical Science in 2001 and has been a researcher at The Libyan Center for Biotechnology Research since 2003.
With extensive teaching experience in Pharmaceutical Biotechnology, Physical Pharmacy, and Biopharmaceutics, Rokaya has actively contributed to various universities, including the University of Garyan and Saraya Hamra University.
She is skilled in research techniques such as Dynamic Light Scattering (DLS) and High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC), with multiple peer-reviewed publications and presentations at national and international conferences.
Rokaya's training includes tissue banking practices and clinical pharmacy, reinforcing her commitment to advancing pharmaceutical sciences and nanomedicine. Her work focuses on lipid nanocarriers and their implications for drug delivery, positioning her as a significant contributor to her field.
