Biography:
Dr. Avinash P. Ingle has completed his doctoral degree from the Department of Biotechnology, SGB Amravati University, Amravati. He worked as a research scientist in the same department from 2013 to 2016. Later he was awarded Postdoctoral Fellow (FAPESP) at the Department of Biotechnology, Engineering School of Lorena, University of Sao Paulo, Brazil for three years. Currently, Dr. Ingle is working as a Research Scientist (Ramanujan Fellow) at the Biotechnology Centre, Department of Agricultural Botany, Dr. Panjabrao Deshmukh Agricultural University, Akola, Maharashtra, India. Dr. Ingle has edited 11 books from various publishers like Springer, Elsevier, Taylor and Francis, CRC Press, Blackwell Wiley, etc. in the fields of bioenergy, biotechnology, and nanotechnology. Moreover, he has published about 90 book chapters and more than 100 research publications of high repute in esteemed journals. The research interests of Dr. Ingle mainly include nanobiotechnology, biofuel technology, and sustainable agriculture.
