Brahim Attaf

Dr. Brahim Attaf is an engineer, researcher, author, and technology educator specialising in composite materials, composite structures, nanocomposites, sustainability, and eco-design. He obtained his engineering degree from the École Nationale Polytechnique of Algiers in 1985 and his PhD in Civil Engineering from the University of Surrey, UK, in 1990. His work addresses the application of advanced composite materials to renewable-energy technologies, particularly wind turbine blades and solar-energy systems, with an emphasis on improving structural performance while considering environmental sustainability.
