Biography:
Dr Farhad Aslani completed his PhD in Structural Engineering at the University of Technology, Sydney (UTS), Australia. Dr Aslani also awarded a Postdoctoral Research Fellow for working on two Australian Research Council discovery projects at the University of New South Wales (UNSW). He is currently working as a Senior Lecturer in Structural and Concrete Engineering at the University of Western Australia (UWA) and also Adjunct Associate Professor at Edith Cowan University Western Australia. Dr Farhad Aslani has acquired extensive multidisciplinary research experience in reinforced concrete structures, steel-concrete composite structures, concrete technology, nano-technology, materials engineering, and engineering mechanics with both experimental expertise and theoretical background.
