Biography:
Dr. K. Vaidhegi is an Assistant Professor in the School of Life Sciences, Crescent University, India. She received her Ph.D. under the guidance of Prof. Dr. D. Sangeetha at Anna University, India, in 2021. Her research area is Environmental Biochemical engineering, focusing on polymer nanocomposites for bioelectricity production and wastewater treatment. Additionally, she also works on microbial communities involved in electron transfer and polymer nanocomposite hydrogels for biological applications. She has published more than 15 journal articles in reputed journals and about 5 book chapters.
